Teams: The top scoring 3 participants, male or female, from any eligible institution will constitute the team. An institution can field more than one team, but only one team is eligible to win a prize.

Entering: Each team member must register individually. The team captain must send an email to Steve Boedeker with a list of team members, the name of the institution, and contact information of the captain. Teams will be closed at 12:00 noon on the Wednesday before race day. There is no extra fee for team registration.

Eligibility: Participants must be employees of the same corporation, business, financial institution, government body, or educational institution. Employees must work at least 25 hours per week and have worked for the institution for at least 3 months prior to the race date. No clubs, unions, political, social, or athletic organizations are eligible. Teams of students are not eligible. Team members must be over 18.

Scoring: Scoring will use the gun time of each participant, adjusted using the age-grading tables defined in 2005 by Alan Jones and Rex Harvey. http://home.stny.rr.com/alanjones/AgeGrade.html). Each runner’s time will be adjusted by multiplying by the age grading factor for their gender, and then adjusted for gender by multiplying the women’s age-adjusted time by the factor 0.8716. The top three age and gender adjusted times for each team will constitute the scoring members and the adjusted times will be summed for each team. Dispute resolution: Disputes will be resolved by the Sensata Corporate Competition Committee, composed of Steve Boedeker, Mike Elliott, Ray Mandeville, and Doug Strott. Dispute resolution shall be final.
